Domestic shipments may take up to 3 business days to process. International Shipments may take up to 6 business days to process. Canada, Alaska, & Hawaii are considered international.
Returns - The buyer is responsible for return shipping. A refund will be issued though payment method minus shipping paid or our actual shipping costs. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% shipping supply and restocking fee on the item total.
Exchanges – The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to and back for the item being exchanged. All exchanges must be approved prior to the item being shipped back. Please contact customer service @ 239-297-8409 to arrange an exchange.
